Terms of Service
Welcome to Kaion. By using our platform, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully.
1. The Kaion Service
Kaion is a Venture Builder Hub that uses artificial-intelligence agents (Chiefs) to automate company operations. Kaion is not a legal, accounting, or tax advisory service; agents propose solutions based on their training and memory, but the final decision always belongs to the human owner.
2. User Registration
To access Kaion, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Payments and Subscription (B2B)
We use Stripe or Paddle, depending on the active billing configuration, to manage B2B service subscriptions during this preview. By subscribing to a Kaion plan, you authorize the recurring monthly charge in the currency shown at checkout for the selected plan. Partial refunds are not offered, but you may cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Use of Virtual Agents
Kaion is not responsible for actions executed by virtual agents that result from ambiguous instructions or incorrect user configuration. Agents operate under your direct supervision and should request approval before creating material tasks or agents.
5. Third-Party Integrations (GitHub, Google, Stripe, etc.)
You are responsible for holding the necessary licenses and permissions for any external services you connect to Kaion, such as code repositories, storage services, CRMs, or payment processors. Use of those external services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kaion will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any substantial change through an in-product notice or another appropriate channel.
